Anything to do with Artificial Intelligence –

You’ve likely heard the term ‘AI’ thrown around as a major buzz word in the business world, but ten years ago artificial intelligence was more of a whisper on peoples lips. AI poses a number of unknown possibilities, so many organisations found it very hard to approach. Since then, faster computing, access to big data and advancement in technology has provided access to an exciting world of robotics and machine learning. Now there are a large number of jobs available surrounding this area, such as AI Engineer and AI project manager. Bill Gates recently Tweeted that if he were starting out now, he would work within the Artificial Intelligence sector. That alone should be enough to convince you but if it’s not, maybe this can… Salaries can reach as high as £170,000 if working for a large organisation like Google!

Virtual Assistant –

Dream of working from home and enjoy working independently? This could be the job for you. In the early 2000’s, cloud computing, video conferencing and wireless internet were becoming much more accessible. Without these, positions such as Virtual Assistant – who remotely perform administrative tasks – would not have been created.

We have only mentioned three job titles above but there are so many more including; Social Media Manager, Data Scientist, Cloud Architect, Driverless car engineer, Drone Pilot/ Engineer, 3D Print Engineer and Virtual Reality Design Specialist. These jobs may not have been around in 2009, but what they lack in history they make up for in demand. If you’re looking to make a difference in the future, we suggest that one of these opportunities should be your starting point.

As Steve Jobs said, “Those who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do”.
