The Role: System Designer / Solution Architect

In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the centre of our project delivery, taking on the technical design and architecture of complex AV systems. As a System Designer / Solution Architect, you’ll shape solutions from concept to handover. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Design: Define and oversee the technical structure of projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate Project Elements: Oversee hardware layouts, system schematics, and technical details with tools like AutoCAD.
• Conduct Site Surveys: Gather essential information to create or assess practical technical solutions.
• Validate and Refine Designs: Ensure solutions align with client needs, functionality goals, and project feasibility.
• Manage Materials and Documentation: Track the bill of materials and maintain project records.
• Support Business Development: Provide technical insights and proposals for client discussions.
• Contribute to Process Improvements: Suggest refinements to internal processes based on your hands-on experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in AV system design or solution architecture.
• Proficient in IT tools like Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong CAD skills and the ability to interpret AV/technical drawings.
• Well-organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing deadlines.
• Familiar with AV solution design and integration.
