Senior Producer – Lead Groundbreaking Immersive Projects
London based role – 3 Days P/Week Onsite.

The Role

As a Senior Producer, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from initial brief to completion. You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and be directly involved in budgeting and resource planning, including hardware procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of large-scale immersive projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring objectives are achieved to the highest standard.
• Oversee hardware requirements, including specifications, costings, and procurement processes.
• Drive collaboration across departments to ensure projects run efficiently and meet creative and technical goals.
• Review project outcomes, applying learnings to refine future workflows and approaches.

• Substantial experience in a production or project management role within creative or technical industries.

• Familiarity with immersive technology, experiential design, or interactive installations is highly desirable.
