The Company
A studio delivering real-time 3D experiences is seeking a Senior Producer to lead project execution. Their team blends creative and technical skills to build interactive content using Unreal Engine and industry-standard 3D tools. Projects are high-spec, client-facing, and delivered to strict quality and performance benchmarks.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on production role for someone with a strong understanding of interactive 3D workflows, ideally within environment builds or visualisation. You’ll manage project timelines, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure smooth delivery from initial scope to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the production of interactive visual projects built in Unreal Engine
- Own project scheduling, resource planning, and team coordination
- Ensure data from tools like Revit, BIM 360, or 3ds Max integrates cleanly into the Unreal pipeline
- Monitor project progress, adjust workflows, and keep milestones on track
- Act as the main point of contact between technical artists, developers, and client-facing leads
- Troubleshoot technical or workflow challenges across the production pipeline
- Set up best practices and help upskill team members where needed
What You'll Need
- Proven experience managing technical or visualisation-heavy projects
- Deep knowledge of Unreal Engine – especially Blueprints, performance tuning, and asset integration
- Familiarity with CAD/BIM workflows and associated 3D tools (e.g. Autodesk, Revit, 3ds Max)
- Experience using scripting (Python, C#, etc.) to automate or streamline tasks
- Comfortable with version control (Git, Perforce, or similar)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong delivery mindset: able to manage multiple projects and adapt under pressure
Desirable Extras
- Background in architectural or environment visualisation
- Understanding of how to optimise content for virtual or augmented applications
- Experience using collaboration tools and asset management platforms across remote or hybrid teams
Benefits
- £60,000 – £70,000 salary
- Performance-based bonuses
- Tight-knit team with a high level of technical autonomy
- Fully remote working model
