Senior Producer – Immersive and Interactive Projects

We're working with a creative studio, hiring for a Senior Producer to oversee the end-to-end delivery of ambitious, technically complex work across immersive content and real-time visual environments. This role is suited to someone who brings experience managing cross-functional delivery, technical workflows, and multi-stakeholder coordination within a creative setting.
 
You will be responsible for managing projects that combine 3D content creation, software integration, and interactive applications. Working with both in-house teams and specialist partners, you’ll ensure high standards of output, delivery discipline, and project clarity from the earliest planning stages through to launch.

The Role

• Lead the execution of high-spec creative technology projects, covering planning, production, and delivery.
• Manage workflows across real-time engines, motion capture, and interactive simulation tools.
• Support delivery of CGI content by coordinating with in-house artists and external vendors.
• Work closely with developers, content teams, and engineers to deliver simulation-based and interactive experiences.
• Produce schedules, cost tracking plans, risk assessments, and documentation to support efficient delivery.
• Ensure consistent communication between technical contributors, creatives, and external clients.
• Monitor progress and provide structured updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage third-party collaborators across virtual production, rendering, and post-production.

 
What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years working in project or production management within a studio, agency, or creative tech environment.
• Strong background managing delivery across real-time production, CGI animation, XR, or immersive development.
• Working familiarity with platforms such as Unreal, Unity, Blender, or Maya.
• Experience with planning tools such as Jira, Excel, Wrike, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, excellent organisational habits, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to run multiple workstreams while maintaining momentum and alignment across delivery partners.
