About the Role:
As a Production Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the creative studio, ensuring the smooth scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of complex and diverse projects. You will be the go-to expert in managing CGI workflows, utilizing software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Unreal (or similar real-time engines). Working closely with Producers, you will lead the production process, handle resource allocation, and manage external partnerships to deliver innovative content for both clients and internal projects.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Manage day-to-day operations for the studio’s production processes.
• Oversee resource scheduling, identifying any gaps, and sourcing freelance/contract support when necessary.
• Track and monitor workloads to ensure cost-effective, timely project delivery.
• Take ownership of production management tools and ensure smooth operations across the team.
• Oversee budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints while maintaining high-quality output.
• Manage external producers, crews, equipment suppliers, and postproduction facilities.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Team to assist with budget and client meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing new technologies and processes that enhance production efficiency.
