About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of creative and technical projects. This role is perfect for someone with a background in architectural design, construction, or theming who can bring projects to life through effective management and innovative thinking. You’ll be responsible for delivering full project programmes, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

What Will I Be Doing?

As a Project Manager, you'll take the reins in coordinating production teams and contractors, both locally and remotely. You'll manage the entire project programme, owning budgets, change orders, risk management, client handovers, and resourcing. Daily production meetings will be crucial to keep the information flowing and ensure the team meets their milestones. You'll also scout, vet, assign, and manage freelance and contract talent.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on budget, and meet deadlines.
• Leading production meetings and brainstorming sessions to come up with creative and innovative ideas for immersive, digital, and physical experiences.
• Generating weekly and monthly reports on project progress and presenting these to senior leadership.
• Supporting business development, marketing activities, and company promotion.
• Travelling overseas for extended periods to oversee project delivery and staying up-to-date on immersive themed entertainment and XR technology.

What Do I Need to Apply?

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of creatives, technologists, artists, developers, writers, designers, and producers.
• Demonstrated ability to managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding results.
• Experience using project management tools and creating Gantt charts, status updates, RACI Matrix, or similar project materials.
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall-based methodologies.
• Experience building and carrying out new process flow improvements.
• Experience managing a variety of projects across different sizes, technologies, and disciplines.
• A passion for themed entertainment and immersive experiences
