Project Manager – Pioneering Mixed Reality projects (m/f/d)

Fully Remote Role – Must be based in Germany

We’re working with an exciting AR/VR software company that is at the forefront of Extended Reality (XR) innovation, creating solutions that change how businesses interact with customers.

The company operates globally, working with globally recognised companies such as Qualcomm, Microsoft, Xreal, Meta, Qualcomm, and Lenovo to forge the path ahead in XR technologies. With a history spanning over 12 years and a track record of more than 1,000 successful XR projects, they’ve helped global giants in aerospace, automotive, retail, and entertainment engage their audiences through custom XR applications.

Owing to further exciting growth plans and a busy pipeline of new projects, they’re looking to hire a Project Manager to join their team, leading mixed reality projects on a full-time, remote basis.

Key Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead mixed-reality projects from start to finish, setting goals milestones, and allocating resources.
• Work closely with clients from diverse sectors to understand their needs and craft bespoke solutions.
• Direct our team of developers, designers, and QA specialists to exceed client expectations with high-quality products.
• Address project risks and issues, ensuring smooth progression.
• Track progress, report on key performance indicators, and gather customer feedback to guarantee user satisfaction.

Project Manager Requirements:

• A degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in project management within the AR/VR or mixed reality sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork and client relations.
• The capacity to handle several projects at once with excellent organisational skills.
• Fluent German and English writing capability
