Rate: £300 – £350 / day
Contract Length: 3-4 months

Unreal Technical Artist – Duties/Responsibilities 

  • Taking existing client models created in Rivet/Blender into Unreal Engine OR creating assets from scratch from 2D concepts
  • Elevate environments to their final quality by refining the existing base, enhancing detail, and developing additional features – This includes making model adjustments, optimizing layout and placement, and improving materials and substances
  • Implementing advanced lighting techniques with Nanite, Lumen, and Pathtracer to achieve a visually stunning result.

Unreal Technical Artist – Skills Required 

  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine
  • Experience with 3D modelling and texturing
  • Strong understanding of shading, lighting, and particle systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Unreal Technical Artist – Desirable Skills 

  • Scripting experience in Blueprints or C++, a valuable asset for an Unreal Technical Artist.
  • Knowledge of VR/AR development
  • Familiarity with the latest animation techniques and tools
  • Creative problem-solving skills
