Salary: £18,000-£25,000 base + Commission + Training

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be starting an exciting career in the immersive technology sector. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support, learning to identify and engage with talented professionals while contributing to our growth and expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities for The Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Work with our existing team of recruiters, building your industry and recruitment knowledge
• Identify and engage with skilled professionals in the industry
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and client interactions
• Assist in matching candidates to job specifications
• Learn to use AI-powered platforms for efficient talent sourcing
• Develop industry knowledge and build a professional network

Ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant Candidate:

6-9 months experience as a Candidate Resourcer (any sector) or a  background in lettings/estate agency, B2B telesales, or professional sports/industry

Above all else, you’ll be 

• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Determined and tenacious
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Great at problem-solving
