XR Solutions Engineer – Europe
Location: Fully Remote (Ideally based the UK or Germany)

About the Company

We’re hiring on behalf of a growing XR technology company that builds practical tools for enterprise teams—primarily in manufacturing and industrial sectors. Their platform combines AR, VR, MR, and Digital Twin technology to help teams work faster, reduce complexity, and make training more efficient.

With a major funding round completed, and a growing global client base, they’re looking for someone technical, hands-on, and confident working directly with customers.

The Role

  • You’ll be the go-to technical contact for new and existing customers—helping them get set up, solve real-world problems, and make the most of what the platform offers. It’s a hybrid role: a mix of technical onboarding, early-stage solution building, and ongoing support.
  • You’ll work closely with product and sales, and your input will help shape how the platform evolves.
  • You’ll lead demos, training sessions, and proof-of-concept projects. The use cases vary, and you’ll often be the person guiding the customer through unfamiliar territory.

What You’ll Do

  • Run onboarding sessions remotely and in-person
  • Lead product demos, training, and early-stage pilots
  • Support the sales team with technical input—validation, discovery, solution fit
  • Build and adjust digital twin setups and task flows based on client needs
  • Update and improve user guides, manuals, and setup documentation
  • Keep on top of XR device trends and share insight with clients and internal teamsAttend regional events and industry meetups (3–4 per year per region)
  • Feed customer feedback into product and feature planning

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years working with XR tools and devices—AR/VR/MR systems like HoloLens, Quest, Magic Leap, and others
  • Hands-on knowledge of how XR is used in training or industrial environments
  • Comfortable leading sessions and explaining technical processes clearly
  • Able to manage several customer accounts at once (expect 10+ active clients and POCs early on)
  • Good with documentation—able to adapt and improve existing material
  • Willing to travel around 10 times a year across Europe

Who This Might Suit

You may have worked in XR pre-sales, tech support, or training environments. You might have built digital twins or run customer workshops before. You don’t need to tick every box—but you’ll need to be practical, confident with people, and ready to get stuck in.

Why Apply

You’ll be working directly with enterprise clients, using XR tools to solve everyday problems. It’s remote-first, and you’ll have space to own your work while staying close to a collaborative team. There’s plenty of scope to grow into leadership, product direction, or technical strategy as the company expands.

If you're hands-on with XR, comfortable in front of clients, and looking for a role where you can actually shape how things get delivered—not just follow a script—this could be a great fit.
