Senior Unity Developer – Immersive & AI 
Permanent/Full-Time
Camberley-Based Studio – 1–2 days per week on-site

We’re working with an established experience design studio who build real-time interactive projects for clients in automotive, construction, infrastructure, entertainment and retail. The work includes VR training simulations, immersive product experiences, mobile applications and AI-driven interactive tools.

The studio is expanding. Client demand for AI-driven training and immersive product experiences has outpaced current capacity. This Senior Unity Developer role exists to add technical depth to a growing team.

What you'll do as Senior Unity Developer

• Build Unity applications across VR, AR, mobile and desktop platforms
• Write C# systems for training simulations, scenario-based learning and real-time visualisation
• Implement AI features: avatars, dialogue systems, real-time speech pipelines
• Tune performance for standalone VR headsets and mobile hardware
• Contribute to architecture and tooling decisions
• Work directly with designers, 3D artists and instructional designers

What Skills Are Required?

• 6+ Years of Unity experience, with a track record of delivering AR/VR  projects
• Solid C# and software engineering expertise 
• Well versed working with internal teams and external clients 

Bonus Points

• Unreal Engine development experience, ideally with C++
• Training simulations or serious games background
• AI avatar systems, conversational AI or speech pipeline familiarity
• Networking or data-driven application experience
