Sales Manager – Brand Experience
Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Category: Brand Environments & Physical Experiences

About the Client

Our client creates premium physical brand experiences for global brands across the fashion, tech, FMCG, and lifestyle sectors. They specialise in bringing brand stories to life through permanent and semi-permanent installations that transform how customers engage with products in real-world environments. With established production capabilities and a growing portfolio of international projects, they're expanding their London commercial team.

The Sales Manager Role

  • This is a hands-on sales/BD position for someone who understands the commercial dynamics of physical brand spaces. You'll be selling conceptual design and full production services to brands and agencies looking to create standout retail experiences, pop-ups, and brand destinations.
  • Working directly with the Director of Commercial Partnerships, you'll identify opportunities where brands need more than just marketing—they need built environments that deliver on their promise. You'll translate spatial concepts into commercial proposals and work with technical teams to ensure what's pitched can actually be delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline business with brand marketing teams and agency partners who commission physical experiences
  • Respond to briefs with proposals that balance creative ambition with production reality
  • Price projects accurately, considering design, fabrication, installation and project management
  • Present spatial concepts and technical solutions to client teams
  • Work closely with design and production teams to scope feasibility and timelines
  • Manage multiple project bids simultaneously through CRM systems
  • Attend industry events and maintain visibility in the brand experience sector

What You Bring

  • Proven business development/sales track record in sectors involving physical delivery—brand experiences, retail design, exhibition, or environmental graphics
  • Existing relationships with brand marketers or agencies who commission built environments
  • Experience selling projects requiring design, production and installation (£30k–£500k range)
  • Understanding of project lifecycles from concept through to on-site completion
  • Strong commercial acumen—you know how to price creativity and production
  • Natural communicator who can discuss both creative vision and technical specifications

What's In It For You

Join a business with real production muscle and creative credibility. You'll work on projects that exist in the physical world—from flagship brand spaces to innovative pop-ups. The Sales Manager role offers genuine autonomy to shape your pipeline, backed by a team that delivers.

  • Competitive base with uncapped commission structure
  • Projects for recognised global brands across multiple sectors
  • Hybrid working—typically four days in our London studio
  • Direct influence on commercial strategy as the team grows
  • Clear progression path in an expanding business

This is a solid opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join a truly pioneering company at an exciting growth stage.
