Audio Project Manager – International live events company
We’re working with a leading international live events company, specialising in delivering bespoke technical solutions for entertainment, live and broadcast events, tours, concerts, livestreams, and more.
The company works in close partnership with agencies, production companies, and media clients to provide top-quality digital, audio, and video solutions. With operations in the US, UK and Europe, they have managed high-profile projects such as concerts and tours for well-known artists and at prestigious venues.
The company is currently looking for an experienced Audio Project Manager to become part of their team of industry experts. If you are passionate about creating outstanding audio experiences and have a strong background in successfully managing projects, they would like to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their needs and develop detailed project briefs
- Create comprehensive quotations and proposals that showcase your technical knowledge
- Oversee projects from pre-production through to completion
- Liaise with internal teams to arrange freelance crew, equipment, and transportation
- Manage on-site teams to ensure high-quality audio experiences that surpass client expectations
- Maintain precise project documentation, including health and safety records
- Manage project budgets
- Stay informed about the latest audio technology and suggest innovative solutions
- Contribute to the growth of the department and strengthen client relationships
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in effectively managing multiple audio projects within live events and entertainment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop robust relationships with clients and event professionals
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
- Sound decision-making skills to overcome challenges and achieve desired outcomes
- Readiness to travel, sometimes at short notice, to deliver projects on-site
- A positive and professional approach that inspires team members and ensures project success
