The team delivers high-quality Unreal Engine-based experiences and 3D assets for clients in property and development. This is an on-site role leading day-to-day production across real-time and traditional pipelines.

The Role
You'll manage artists and technical contributors across multiple projects, maintain workflow consistency, and ensure assets meet visual and technical standards. You'll also help shape and evolve production methods, troubleshoot challenges, and support the team’s growth and cohesion.

Ideal candidates will bring experience from real-time 3D production, particularly in video games, VR/AR, or cinematic pipelines, and know how to adapt quality-first delivery for client-facing outputs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage production across Unreal Engine and DCC-based pipelines (e.g. 3ds Max, Maya, Blender)
  • Review and guide visual output, ensuring standards are met before handoff
  • Collaborate with producers and leads to scope, plan, and schedule projects
  • Identify production risks and course-correct when delays or quality issues arise
  • Provide hands-on feedback to artists and reallocate work as needed
  • Drive efficiency across teams by optimising workflows and communication
  • Support team development through mentoring, regular reviews, and training resources
  • Create and maintain internal documentation to ensure process consistency

What You’ll Need

  • Strong background leading production teams in a 3D environment
  • Experience in games, interactive media, or similar real-time production pipelines
  • Proficient in Unreal Engine and one or more 3D content creation tools
  • Familiarity with version control and project tracking tools (e.g. Perforce, Git, Jira, Trello)
  • Ability to balance technical accuracy, visual quality, and production efficiency
  • Clear communicator and structured problem-solver with a delivery-focused mindset

Bonus Experience

  • Worked on real-time digital twins or immersive property visualisations
  • Experience scripting pipeline tools or automating tasks (e.g. Python, Blueprints)
  • Familiarity with cloud asset management or collaborative 3D workflows

Package

  • $90,000 – $110,000 base salary
  • Bonus potential based on performance
  • Full benefits including paid time off and healthcare
  • Defined working hours and focused team structure
  • Opportunity to bring games industry experience into a client-facing visualisation setting
