Producer – Digital Experiences & Media Projects

I’m working with a leading creative production agency that specialises in creating interactive, immersive, and visual content for high-profile clients.

They’re looking for a Producer to join their team, supporting the delivery of a major city-wide media and marketing programme. You’ll manage teams, timelines, budgets, and client relationships, ensuring a range of digital experiences are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

 
The Role

• Managing multiple projects from kick-off to delivery
• Acting as the day-to-day client contact, keeping projects moving
• Coordinating teams including 3D artists, designers, and developers
• Managing budgets up to £1m+
• Leading team meetings and contractor management
• Using tools like G-Docs, Miro, and Ftrack to keep projects on track
• Supporting pitch and concept development with the senior team

 
What You’ll Need

• 2+ years’ experience in production or project management in a creative or digital agency
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-deliverable projects
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using project management and collaboration tools
• Budget management experience from £20k to £1m+
• Flexibility to travel when needed
