Role Overview
The company is looking for a Senior 3D Generalist to lead the development of motion graphics and immersive content. This role involves integrating AI-driven tools and real-time technologies into the visualisation pipeline while working closely with the Creative Director to craft innovative, high-quality visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-end motion graphics and 3D visuals for immersive experiences, installations, and video-based projects.
• Implement AI-driven tools and workflows, leveraging machine learning and procedural generation for efficiency and innovation.
• Create visually compelling, art-led aesthetics that align with the studio’s creative direction.
• Work across multiple software platforms to produce both real-time and pre-rendered content, selecting the best tools for each project.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and engineers to build seamless immersive experiences.
• Adapt to both creative ideation and technical execution in an in-house or hybrid working environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Houdini, and Unreal Engine.
• Solid background in motion graphics and video, with a strong sense of composition, animation, and storytelling.
• Deep understanding of immersive experiences, spatial design, and real-time rendering.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative and technical excellence in 3D and motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team.
