Key Responsibilities:

• Development Leadership: Support the VR development team by providing essential coding architecture for projects and ensuring that all solutions meet the company’s technical standards.
• Collaboration with Sub-Contractors: Work alongside sub-contractors throughout the development and delivery process to promote seamless project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold code quality by following industry standards and producing comprehensive documentation.
• Strategic Project Support: Assist the change team with project proposals and planning, contributing to the company’s future project direction.
• Technology Exploration: Stay informed about new technologies, businesses, and solutions in the market that can enhance the company’s offerings.
• Business Unit Support: Take on any additional tasks necessary for the success of the role and to support the business unit’s goals.

Specialist Knowledge and Essential Skills:

• Unreal Engine Expertise: Demonstrable experience with Unreal Engine and Blueprints, specifically in VR development.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of C#, source control tools, and industry-standard software such as Visual Studio.
• Games Technology Experience: Background in games technologies, ideally related to immersive training environments.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
