We’re seeking an Events Content Account Manager to join an innovative team behind London’s most exciting immersive experience. As the Events Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the corporate events team to deliver bespoke, memorable experiences to clients, turning creative visions into reality.

Role Overview

As the primary point of contact for event clients, the Events Account Manager will guide them through the process of creating custom content, tailored to their specific needs. You’ll work closely with the Head of Events, Content Manager, and AV Technology Team, ensuring that the production and delivery of bespoke content is seamless, financially sound, and delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
 

The Events Account Manager will be responsible for: 

  • Client Liaison: Serving as the main contact for event clients, from initial show-rounds and content demonstrations to the delivery of their unique event experience.
  • Content Development: Working with clients and the Content Manager to develop, price, and contract custom content for events, always with an eye on budget and creative potential.
  • Sales Support: Assisting the Events Sales Team with presentations and showreels to inspire clients and demonstrate what’s possible.
  • Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams, including the Chief Technology Officer, AV Project Manager, and Content Manager, to ensure the smooth delivery of client content.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly reporting to senior management on client projects, financial performance, and bespoke content production timelines.

What They’re Looking For

You’ll succeed in this role as an Events Account Manager if you’re commercially driven with a background in account management or sales within a creative events environment. A solid understanding of AV technology, digital content, and immersive experiences is a plus.
 

Alongside your technical savvy, you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in account management or sales, ideally within events, entertainment, or a similar creative field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Financial literacy and an eye for detail, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Creativity and an interest in the arts, enabling you to collaborate effectively with content creators.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
