The Role

You’ll work side by side with sales, product, and delivery—helping enterprise clients understand how XR can solve operational challenges and guiding them through early-stage deployment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Qualify opportunities and run structured technical discovery sessions
  • Design and deliver tailored demos that align with industrial use cases
  • Lead proof-of-concept pilots and shape digital twin/task flow configurations
  • Build trust with stakeholders by translating technical depth into business value
  • Create high-quality technical documentation—value maps, setup guides, and RFP responses
  • Feed customer insight back into the product roadmap
  • Represent the company at select US-based events and meetings (3–4 per year)

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in XR (AR/VR/MR) within a pre-sales, solution consulting, or client-facing technical role
  • A working knowledge of XR in industrial workflows, field operations, or training environments
  • Strong presentation and communication skills—comfortable speaking to varied audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple client discussions and PoCs in parallel
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Miro, or similar collaboration platforms
  • Willingness to travel across the US for client-facing meetings and events (approx. 8–10/year)
