Enterprise Sales Executive – SaaS based XR Solutions
Location: Remote (Europe)

We’re working with a fast growing XR (AR/VR) company that’s secured large scale funding to fuel the global expansion of the company. Their platform is used by industrial clients to improve how they train teams, deliver support, and manage complex operations. It’s already being used in the field—by teams solving real world practical challenges.
They’re looking for someone with experience selling SaaS based solutions into enterprise—someone who can manage long, consultative sales cycles, understands how to work with senior decision-makers, and is confident speaking to both commercial and technical teams.
You’ll be given a clearly defined territory, the space to work independently, and support from product, marketing, and pre-sales as needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and manage new opportunities across the region
- Lead client conversations from first contact through to contract
- Shape proposals around customer priorities—training, support, operations
- Work closely with technical pre-sales to deliver demos or proof-of-concept sessions
- Meet clients or attend events when required (roughly 4–6 trips per year)
- Manage pipeline and forecast clearly and consistently
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years selling enterprise software, immersive tech, or related B2B tools
- Comfortable leading complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- Able to adapt technical detail into commercial conversations
- Based in Europe, fluent in English, and used to working remotely
- Clear communicator, self-sufficient, and used to managing your own sales process
- Some knowledge of XR is helpful, but not essential
