As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll lead complex sales cycles targeting enterprise operations, learning, and support teams. You’ll bring together technical and executive stakeholders to show them a clear path from legacy tools to immersive, data-driven workflows.
This is a quota-carrying role reporting to the North America Region Manager, with direct influence over territory strategy, outbound messaging, and enterprise account plans.

Your Responsibilities as Enterprise Sales Executive
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting to signed contracts
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers in operations, training, and field support
- Deliver tailored demos and ROI-driven pitches in partnership with pre-sales engineers
- Build multi-threaded relationships across technical and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing to refine outbound campaigns and lead conversion
- Represent the company at major industry events and customer sites (4–6 trips annually)
- Report on pipeline, forecasts, and territory insights to executive leadership
What They’re Looking for in an Enterprise Sales Executive
- 3+ years in enterprise B2B software sales with a track record of $100k+ deal sizes
- Experience selling SaaS based solutions within industrial engineering (automotive, aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, defense)
- Skilled at leading multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with long timelines
- Confident running remote demos and workshops; technically fluent at the user level
- Be omfortable owning outbound pipeline development in a scale-up environment
