Technical Account Manager

As their team continues to expand, they’re looking for an AV Account Manager to join their team and help deliver exceptional experiences.

Account Manager Role Overview

• Work closely with high-profile clients who are looking to create exciting, engaging and memorable events/experiences using the latest audio and video technology.
• Conduct demonstrations to clients to showcase their projects and what can be achieved with their solution
• Obtain a detailed project brief, identifying client needs and expectations
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring clarity throughout the project.
• Manage the successful delivery of the client's project, ensuring smooth execution on both technical and client sides.

Account Manager – Required Experience 

• Collaborate with sales, technical, and creative teams to develop sales proposals.
• Demonstrate AV systems to clients, explaining technical aspects in clear terms.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
• At least 5 years+ experience working as an Account Manager within the live events or immersive experiences industry
• Strong technical understanding of audio and visual (AV) technical systems
• Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Experience working with sales teams and technical directors to develop project proposals and quotes.
• Strong organisational skills and project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously. 
• A passion for working with technology to create engaging, interactive environments.
