Role Summary
 
As a Senior 3D Motion Designer / 3D Generalist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving creativity and elevating project outcomes. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative yet independent setting. Working closely with a small but highly creative team, you'll manage projects from concept to completion, infusing each piece with a distinctive visual flair.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Deliver high-quality 3D motion design, incorporating compelling visual storytelling.
• Take projects from start to finish, ensuring effective communication throughout.
• Collaborate with a diverse portfolio of clients, contributing innovative solutions and ideas.
• Manage time effectively to lead projects independently or in a team.
• Continuously strive to push creative boundaries, bringing new techniques and ideas into play.

 
Required skills & experience

• Strong creative flair with an eye for detail in composition, lighting, and texturing focused on photorealism.
• Solid proficiency in motion design principles, with a thorough understanding of project planning and execution.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard tools, including 3DS Max, Maya, or C4D, and rendering software such as Corona, VRay, or Redshift.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and relevant 3D tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, balancing independence with a collaborative mindset.

 
Preferred Skills

• Background in graphic design.
• Understanding of film language and shot composition.
• Knowledge of SideFX Houdini and Tyflow (for Max users).
