Key Recruitment Consultant responsibilities:

If you join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment consultant process with clients and candidates
• Building talent pipelines to preserve relationships with the best talent in the industry
• Working with a fantastic set of global clients to help them hire the perfect fit for their teams
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights into skill availability, market salaries, and hiring trends, where possible.
• Establishing and building long-term relationships with industry professionals and driving candidates towards their career goals.

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant that has:

• A minimum of 9-12 months experience as a permanent or contract Recruitment Consultant (from any industry) – you don’t need any experience in the tech space, as we have a structured, well-supported cross-training package to get you up and running as quickly as possible
• Strong persistence and persuasion skills
• Fantastic listening skills and emotional intelligence
• A love of creative problem-solving
