The Role:

• Manage the full recruitment process as a Recruitment Consultant
• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines
• Work with our pioneering clients and expand our client base
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in contract or permanent recruitment (industry background is flexible, as we'll give you full cross training)
• Strong persuasion and perseverance skills
• Excellent listening abilities and high emotional intelligence
• Creative problem-solving aptitude
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
