They’re a small and rapidly growing VFX studio that work closely with several subsidiaries creating pioneering 3D visual effects and animations for TV, films and immersive content. They work with a wide variety of clients across the globe from pre-production through to delivery. The content they create is stunning and whilst you might not have heard of the studio you’ll have seen their projects!

About the Role

As the Production Coordinator, you’ll be experienced in the day to day process of VFX, animation and real-time production from scheduling, task assignments and general administration.

• Scheduling all departments and managing dependencies between departments.

• Reviewing task assignments daily to ensure the project is on track.

• Compiling weekly status reports summarizing progress, risks and issues.

• Liaising directly with the Producer, VFX Supervisor, and Leads.

• Direct liaison with clients for ground-level deliveries and communications.

• General administration and organisation tasks.
