The Role: Operations Manager

The company have doubled their headcount this year and are looking to do the same next year. This has led to the creation of an Operations Manager role to guide our client through an exciting stage of growth.

Working with senior leadership, you will apply your operational insight to refine processes and contribute to their international expansion plans. This role offers more than management; it's a chance to dive deep into VR and AI technologies, playing a pivotal role in the evolution of soft skills training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Human Resources: Oversee recruitment operations, streamline onboarding, and cultivate a positive work environment
• Financial Management: Assist in budget planning and manage financial operations within set constraints
• Vendor and Partner Management: Support in contract negotiations and sustain strong external partnerships
• Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with various standards, laws, and regulations
• Process Optimisation: Lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Scaling: Develop and implement strategies for sustainable growth.

Ideal Operations Manager Profile:

• Experience working in an operations role, ideally withing a start-up environment.
• A background in HR or Legal is highly beneficial.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced startup culture.
• Familiarity with SaaS platform infrastructure, cloud services, and hosting environments is advantageous.
