This performance marketing agency has moved beyond pilot and into production with generative AI. The team builds AI-driven content and workflows that deliver high-volume paid media assets across programmatic and social, and they're adding an Gen AI Artist/Content Creator to the team.

As a Gen AI Creative, you'll work with tools like Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Seedance, Veo 3, and Higgsfield AI across a mix of live campaign production and R&D. You'll report to the Creative Director, who takes an active role in developing the team. The group is small, capable, and already running generative workflows in production.

What you'll be doing as a Gen AI Artist/Content Creator

• Producing AI-generated images and video for live paid media campaigns across global brands.
• Pushing the visual range of generative output while keeping everything inside strict brand guidelines.
• Testing new tools and models through dedicated R&D projects with their own budget, then feeding what works back into live production.

What skills and experience do you need?

• A portfolio showing AI-generated image and video work. Professional or personal projects both count.
• Some exposure to producing AI-generated assets in a creative or performance marketing agency environment. You don't need years of agency experience, but you should understand why brand consistency matters when producing AI content.
• Genuine curiosity about the latest AI content tools, using them both in and out of work.
