Frontend Software & Cloud Engineer – Fully Remote – €50-70K

THE COMPANY
A 3 year old start up with the benefit of being part of an established group of media companies, now a leading media distribution player in the space. Combining deep expertise, experience in the industry and long-lasting relationships (built out of the group), they are producing a giant, streamlined, fast and flexible service that focuses on adapting to, and exceeding user needs.

THE ROLE
Most of the small, international team are tech, 5 of which are Developers. You’ll be joining as a Frontend Developer to help build out highly scalable Cloud based web applications. Taking ownership of the whole SDLC for the platform, including:

  • Designing and building client side architecture
  • Building out frontend of applications, with a focus on appealing visual design
  • Lots of API development
  • Testing & troubleshooting – we’re BIG on responsiveness
  • Creating new features in AWS
  • Working with the wider team (Data Science, Product) to ensure solutions are best in class.

THE SKILLS
Strong experience with most of the below:

  • Frontend Development with JavaScript, HTML & CSS
  • Use of JS frameworks such as VueJS or React
  • AWS Serverless solutions

THE PACKAGE
Salary – €50,000 – €70,000 depending on experience.
Benefits vary dependant on location and what’s required in your country of residence, but typically they will include fully remote working (anywhere!), totally flexible working hours, private Health Insurance.
