We are seeking a Senior Producer to lead our virtual production team and help us deliver world-class projects.

As a Senior Producer in Virtual Production, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, from pre-production through to post-production. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and help translate their creative vision into a virtual world.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Manage the virtual production process from concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their creative vision and translate it into a virtual world.
• Manage a team of artists, animators, and technical specialists to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Oversee the creation of virtual sets, characters, and environments.
• Ensure that all technical aspects of the production are functioning properly.
• Manage the production budget and schedule.
• Work closely with the Director of Virtual Production to ensure that projects meet creative and technical standards.

Requirements:
 

• 7+ years of experience in virtual production or related fields.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and creative teams.
• Strong knowledge of virtual production workflows and technology
• Experience with virtual cameras, motion capture, and real-time rendering
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.
