We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Project Manager to join our team in the Virtual Production Industry.

This role will entail working closely with a production team to oversee the delivery of high-quality virtual production projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Create project schedules and budgets and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and that all stakeholders are aligned.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure that all project risks and issues are identified and managed effectively.
• Manage project scope and change requests.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in the virtual production industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in budgeting and cost management.
• Knowledge of virtual production techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
