We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Environment Artist to join a state-of-the-art virtual production based in Berkshire on an initial 2-month contract.

As an Environment Artist, you will work closely with our creative team to design and create stunning and immersive virtual environments for television, promotional content and advertisements.

Responsibilities:
 

• Design and create high-quality virtual environments that are visually stunning and immersive, using various software and tools such as Maya, Unreal Engine, and other 3D modelling and animation software.
• Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and design virtual environments that align with the project's artistic vision and technical requirements.
• Work with the technical team to ensure that the virtual environments meet performance requirements and are optimized for real-time rendering.
• Implement textures, lighting, and special effects to enhance the virtual environments and create a realistic atmosphere.
• Ensure all virtual environments are consistent with the project's style and aesthetic.

Requirements:
 

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create high-quality virtual environments.
• Proficient in 3D modelling and animation software such as Maya, Unreal Engine, or similar software.
• Experience working on film or television productions is highly desirable.
• A solid understanding of virtual production pipelines and workflows.
