Position Overview:
This Executive Producer role is centred on driving business growth, managing client relationships, and strategically overseeing projects. The position provides scope for increased responsibilities and growth opportunities aligned with your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Securing new business opportunities and cultivating client relationships to expand the company's client portfolio.
• Maintaining communication with key stakeholders, proactively identifying new business opportunities.
• Managing the transition of new projects from successful bids into active production, ensuring realistic planning and budgeting.
• Ensuring all project outcomes align with client expectations and the company's high creative standards.
• Working collaboratively on preparing written and visual proposals alongside fellow Executive Producers and Producers.
• Leading contract management, ensuring contracts are timely, accurate, and consistently high quality.
• Regularly forecasting potential revenue and opportunities, providing monthly updates to senior management.
• Maintaining responsibility for achieving commercial targets and maximising profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven background in business development.
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven capability in proposal writing and client presentations.
• Strategic mindset with the capacity to understand and influence the broader business goals.
• Ambition to develop leadership skills and independently build and manage a growing team.
