What You’ll Do: 

  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients across sectors like technology, consulting, and finance
  • Develop expertise in our cutting-edge immersive solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
    Identify opportunities to enhance client success, driving software renewals and uncovering new business potential.
    Collaborate with internal teams, including product design and marketing, to deliver seamless client experiences.
    Represent the company at industry-leading events and trade shows, showcasing groundbreaking solutions to a global audience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Deliver engaging training and onboarding workshops to empower clients to maximise their results 
  • In-depth experience working in an account management or customer success manager role, ideally within immersive technology (VR/AR) or AV Systems.
  • Passion for emerging technology, especially immersive solutions like virtual reality, augmented reality, or audiovisual systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
