Disguise Media Server Operator
London Based Role (Onsite)
Up to £70k base + Package

We are working with a leading company in Europe's sports and entertainment industry, offering a platform for a variety of major events, from sports competitions to world-class concerts with some of the world’s biggest artists – They pride themselves on delivering unforgettable experiences!

In recent weeks, they’ve made a major multimillion pound investment in a new XR stage, comprising of the latest hardware and software technology  – As a result, they are looking for an experienced Disguise Media Server Operator to join their team and manage its operation.

Key Disguise Media Server Operator Duties:

• Operate and maintain disguise media servers during live events.
• Collaborate with creative teams to implement visual requirements.
• Pre-event setup of content, testing, and configuration of servers
• Real-time troubleshooting of technical issues
• Work with various departments to integrate visuals with lighting, sound, etc
• Assist in the setup of visual displays like projection mapping and LED screens.
• Keep abreast of the latest technology in live event production
• Maintain and update all media server equipment.

To qualify for this exciting role, they’re looking for individuals with the following expertise:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience of working with disguise media servers
• Solid understanding of video technology, including formats, codecs, and camera tracking systems
• Experience working with Unreal Engine and its workflows would be a major plus point
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to work well under pressure
• Effective communication skills and teamwork oriented
• Flexible schedule, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
