Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement success plans tailored to customers’ business objectives, driving engagement and product adoption.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, acting as an extension of their team.
- Identify and initiate opportunities for customer growth and expansion.
- Leverage data to guide strategy and lead impactful presentations (business reviews, ROI reports).
- Monitor customer health, manage risks, and ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
- Collaborate with the Immersive Technology and Digital & Technology teams to align customer goals with project execution.
- Contribute to process development and best practices within the team.
- Utilise digital platforms to foster engagement and community-focused communication.
Customer Success – Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Consulting in the SaaS industry.
- Proven success in achieving high customer renewal, retention, and upsell rates.
- Strong ability to build deep customer relationships and a results-driven mindset.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with 3D & Immersive Technology – Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality, etc.
