Your Role:

As a Business Development Manager with a focus on the Middle East, particularly KSA, you'll have the unique opportunity to expand the company's reach in this vibrant region. Based primarily in London with monthly travel to the Middle East, you'll collaborate with experienced regional partners to transform leads into lucrative opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop leads into opportunities in the Middle East.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified leads through various channels.
• Achieve territory revenue targets by efficiently qualifying leads.
• Liaise closely with regional partners to align business development strategies.
• Represent the company at major industry events to engage new and existing clients.
• Create tailored presentations for a diverse range of potential clients
• Provide accurate forecasting and resource planning information.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Sales and BD, preferably in built environment, digital media, or similar fields.
• Strong strategic, networking, and deal-closing skills.
• Previous experience working with Middle East clients would be a major advantage.
