Business Development Manager – Brand Experience 
Hybrid role – London based company

We're working with a fast-growing, high profile brand experience/creative agency that has an unparalleled reputation for making seemly impossible concepts into a reality. Their reputation speaks for itself, and they're seen as the go-to company for many of the world's leading brands.

A large part of their success comes from the diverse backgrounds of their team, who come from industries across multi-sensory technology, game design/developers, animation, and the creation of immersive film, television, and live event production. They have a shared vision to blend the art of storytelling with technological innovation.

They're looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team to continue their growth journey.

Working closely with the Commercial Director, your duties will be to:

  • Drive Commercial Growth: Build and maintain a robust pipeline to meet and surpass revenue and profitability targets
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and engage new clients while nurturing existing relationships for sustained revenue growth
  • Strategic Engagements: Understand client needs and translate these into effective presentations and contracts
  • Process Improvement: Lead ongoing reviews and drive continuous enhancement in alignment with management feedback and your innovative initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across the company, including R&D, Product Management, and Product Delivery, to ensure successful product launches and maximize commercial returns.

Key skills required:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in sales, commercial, or business development roles within a creative/technological environment
  • Client Focus: Demonstrated success in cultivating long-term value from clients, including ad agencies and global brands
  • Partnership Expertise: A track record in building and nurturing relationships
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Results-driven, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus Skills: Previous work in the XR (Extended Reality) industry or a strong interest in XR technology.
