They're looking to appoint a Business Development Team Manager as part of their growth journey and play a pivotal role in the continued success of their AR/VR business unit.
Business Development Team Manager – Duties
- Lead a team of Business Development Managers, Solution Architects, and AR/VR Product Managers.
- Drive the AR/VR business expansion across diverse customer sectors (SMB, Enterprise, Public Sector, Global Accounts) at the EMEA level.
- Shape the route-to-market strategy and align business growth with company goals.
- Identify and capitalise on market opportunities for their AR/VR solutions alongside your team.
- Manage the pipeline and implement a robust Business Management System for predictable quarterly outcomes in the AR/VR EMEA business unit.
- Establish Channel programs as a trusted partner to drive growth and meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with ISVs and partners to facilitate sales through certification, co-marketing activities, and turnkey solutions.
- Foster close collaboration with the Workstation/ARVR EMEA and local team, sharing best practices and serving as the primary AR/VR contact and advisor.
- Engage in cross-departmental collaborations with Sales, Product Business Units, Sales & Channels, and Country Marketing.
Business Development Team Manager – Skills/Experience
- You’ll be an experienced Business Development Manager with strong solution selling sales and negotiation skills that you’ve gained over 5+ years of experience
- Have detailed industry expertise in vertical domains like Manufacturing, Construction, Healthcare, Simulation, and High-End Education.
- You’ll value collaboration, have a dedication to goals, and possess outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience with platforms like Unity or Unreal Engine is highly advantageous.
