Backend Software & Cloud Engineer – Fully Remote – €50-70€

THE COMPANY
A 3 year old start up with the benefit of being part of an established group of media companies, now a leading media distribution player in the space. Combining deep expertise, experience in the industry and long-lasting relationships (built out of the group), they are producing a giant, streamlined, fast and flexible service that focuses on adapting to, and exceeding user needs.

THE ROLE
Most of the small, international team are tech, 5 of which are Developers. You’ll be joining as a Backend Developer to help build out highly scalable Cloud solutions and Web applications. Taking ownership of the whole SDLC for the platform, including:

• Designing and building serverside architecture
• Helping to develop efficient databases
• Lots of API development
• Testing & troubleshooting – we’re BIG on responsiveness
• Creating new features in AWS
• Working with the wider team (Data Science, Product) to ensure solutions are best in class

THE SKILLS
Strong experience with the below:

• Backend Development with Python or NodeJS
• AWS Serverless solutions
• Databases and web servers

THE PACKAGE
Salary – €50,000 – €70,000 depending on experience.
