Up to £70,000 basic + realistic achievable OTE of £120,000

The Opportunity:

Owing to rapid growth and new project awards, the company is looking to appoint an experienced Key Account Manager to join a London-based team of passionate and talented professionals. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of demonstrable experience driving innovative technologies in a corporate setting, this role is tailor-made for you!

What You’ll Do:

As a Key Account Manager, your primary focus will be to expand the company’s footprint within a portfolio of named accounts in the enterprise sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing growth strategies for named accounts.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption.
  • Facilitating the transition of accounts onto the new software platform.
  • Diligently recording account activities, growth metrics, and successes in the CRM system.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Identify strategic content partners and platforms.
  • Assist in crafting proposals, quotations, and pitch documents.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments like product design, client technology, marketing, and tech support.
  • Attend industry networking events and trade shows.
